I'm the Bus Girl

I'm so proud of myself today. I took public transport! (Yes, all hour and a half of it) The car was having some problems so we sent it down to the workshop on Monday for it to get fixed. Because it was done today, I decided to go get it (especially without the car, I've been feeling so handicapped). Because I live somewhere Northeast, it would be a long, and I reckon, very expensive cab ride all the way to the west (where all the car workshops were), so I did what anyone who has just returned from a long and expensive holiday would do, I took the bus! Took the bus to the train station, took a really long train ride, then hopped onto another bus to the car workshop. Cost me a total of $2.40! That was so cheap! I mean just stepping into the cab without actually going anywhere would cost me as much. So I'm feeling proud of myself. Does this mean I'm going to take more buses? Probably not. A 25 minute car ride took more than an hour and a half, and you know what they say, time is money.
