Fight Shape Update

Spent a good two hours at the gym yesterday.  Did:
  • 20 minutes jogging @ 7.4mph
  • 30 minutes brisk walking @ 6.2mph
  • 25 minutes cycling at level 3
  • 15 minutes 25 lbs weight lifting
Damn I can't move today but I still feel good.  :)
